As a volunteer, we ask that you adhere to our updated visitor's policy:
Do NOT report to MedWish if you are experiencing any:
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fever
- Chills
- Muscle pain
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
- Diarrhea, nausea or vomiting; and
Do NOT visit MedWish if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive or is presumptive positive, or is currently being evaluated for COVID-19.
DO wear provided PPE (mask and gloves) at all times while in the building (available upon entry).
DO complete visitor's log, confirming that you do not exhibit any signs/symptoms of COVID-19.
DO check in/out for your shift using the kiosk computer, or the Get Connected app (preferred).
DO maintain a distance of 6' between yourself and others while on site.
